Retired
Director of Advanced Human Space Exploration Program, NASA. He has served NASA
for 30 years as Mars Mission Specialist and had the opportunity to propose and
place the first few payloads for the Viking Lander to Mars. He started his
career at Ames Research Centre and currently works as Chairman of RASC-AL
program and as consultant Director for NASA Academy Program.
Dr. Edward
Hoffman,
Chief Knowledge Officer, NASA
He
is the founding director of the NASA Academy of Program/Project and Engineering
Leadership (APPEL) and is responsible for the development of program and
project leaders and teams within NASA. He serves as adjunct faculty at The
George Washington University, and also has taught courses in project leadership
at the University of Technology at Sydney, ESC-Lille, Drexel, George Mason
University, and Webster University. He received the NASA Outstanding Leadership
Medal in 2010.Dr. Hoffman holds a Doctorate, as well as Master of Arts and Master of Science degrees from Columbia University in the area of social and organizational psychology. He received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brooklyn College in 1981.
Dr. Olson is the Director of the Strategic Analysis and
Integration Division in the Human Exploration and Operations (HEO) Mission
Directorate at NASA Headquarters in Washington, DC. Prior to his current role, Dr. Olson was Director of the Exploration
Systems Mission Directorate Integration Office at NASA HQ, where he directed
the seamless and efficient integration of NASA’s human and robotic space
exploration activities and the necessary technical support to sustain their
safety and success. Before joining NASA, Dr. Olson served
in the US Air Force in several capacities.
Mr. Chris Lewicki, NASA,USA
Chris Lewicki has been intimately involved
with the lifecycle of NASA's Mars Exploration Rovers and the Phoenix Mars
Lander. He has been part of the system engineering development and served
on the teams for assembly, test and launch operations for these missions.
He was also Flight Director of Spirit and Opportunity, and the Surface
Mission Manager for Phoenix. He is a recipient of two NASA Exceptional
Achievement Medals and has an asteroid name in his honor, 13609 Lewicki. Chris
holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the

She
has been responsible for management of University Space Engineering Consortium
(UNISEC) since 2002, and currently also serves AXELSPACE Corporation as chief
marketing officer.
Mr. Jim Burke,NASA
Jet Propulsion Laboratory
After receiving his undergraduate and graduate aeronautical engineering degrees at Cal Tech, Burke joined the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) in 1949. Since then he has participated in many important American and international mission to the moon and other planets. Dr. Burke's primary professional interest is in the development and colonization of the moon. Since Dr. Burke retired from JPL, he has been teaching at the summers sessions of the International Space University (ISU).

Mr. Michael Simpson,International Space University
Simpson
became Senior Program Officer of the Secure World Foundation in September
2011 following seven and a half years as President of the International Space University (ISU). Simpson holds
a post as Professor of Space Policy and International Law at ISU. He is a
corresponding member of the International Academy of Astronautics. After 23
years of service, Simpson retired from the Naval Reserve in 1993 with the rank
of Commander.
